adoptables
once you adopt (buy) the character design, it becomes your oc! you can use it for roleplaying, cosplaying, getting commissioned art, etc.after i receive your payment, you will receive ownership and an unwatermarked + high res artwork of the character design
terms
• all adopts bought from me are for personal use only, you may not use any of my designs for commercial use (including using it as a vtuber/mascot)
• you may not use the design or artwork for nfts
• you may not use the character to promote anything hateful
• you may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork or design
• you must credit me for the design and the original artwork (when appropriate)• after purchasing, you may decide the character's name, personality, backstory, etc.
• after purchasing, you may change aspects of the design or turn them into different forms (human/animal/etc) as long as the design is still generally recognizable
• you may not drastically change the skin color
• you may not make edits to the original artwork, please make changes to the design in your own art/commissioned art/notes• you may re-sell, trade, or gift the character design — as long as you 1) credit me as the original creator and 2) don't sell the character for more than what you paid for it originally
• please let me know if the adoptable changes owners!• i retain the rights to use the artwork in social media and portfolios (explicitly stated as a sold adoptable)• payment is through paypal invoice in us dollars only• purchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms
